Tangled, Fast Pass Plus, Pirates Adventure, and Avatar coming soon
So after a few hours of needing to do some catch up from over the weekend, there is a lot of things that are still yet to come to Disney World Orlando! I am very excited about this blog post as there is going to be quite a bit of material, so pull out your comfy chair and grab a cup of your favorite beverage as we unload all this great material to you!
# 1: New Tangled section being built
Rapunzel is finally getting her own section in Magic Kingdom but don't expect a ride or anything. The New Fantasyland restrooms will be Tangled-themed including a view of Rapunzel's tower as seen below. It's still under construction and no stated date on when the work will be finished.
#2: Fast Pass Plus
There is a lot of heat on this subject so I am going to link to another blog describing the Fast Pass Plus system that is rolling out soon. Mice Chat's look into the Fast Pass Plus
We can certainly confirm that this is rolling out as we have visited the parks this past week and seen guests using the new technology during the trial period. At the time, I was not exactly sure what the devices were that they were using but now it all makes sense. I do also notice that the new Test Track has the same sensors inside the ride while you are designing your car. What are your thoughts of the Fast Pass Plus? There is still a lot of questions that have not been answered. I think Disney needs to speak up about the Fast Pass Plus system.
#3: Pirates Adventure: Jewels of the Seven Seas coming to Adventureland
If you have been to Adventureland in Magic Kingdom recently, you may have noticed a lot of construction here and there being done around Swiss Family Treehouse, Jungle Cruise, and the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. A new interactive game is being put into place called "Pirates Adventure: Jewels of the Seven Seas". It will be similar to the interactive game already in place at Epcot called "Agent P's World Showcase Adventure" where you use a cell phone to answer questions and interact with the environment. It's stated that you will use some type of RFID device to play this game as well. We will post pictures as soon as it's open and able to be played by the public. Here's a few pictures of the construction being done:

#4: Avatar Land coming to Animal Kingdom 2016
Boy is this some big news or what! With Disney's Imagineers and with the future's technology being implemented into the new area, I can't imagine what they have in store with this new expansion! Construction will begin in 2013 and estimated finish of 2016. This deal was confirmed back in September 2011, where I was I don't know, but I definitely missed that giant announcement. Only a budget of around $500 million has been rumored but until construction starts, this will probably be quiet until the majority of New Fantasyland is complete.
Well there you have it, more exciting things coming to Disney World and we are thrilled to see it all come. Thanks for reading!

Harry Potter expansion in the works
From an anonymous source deep within Universal Studios Orlando, they are currently in the works on expanding the Harry Potter section of Universal Studios Orlando to include more rides and shops for guests to enjoy. With the new train being built as well, this was not a surprise as they have shut down Jaws the ride for a new construction project so this only makes sense. We will keep you posted as more details are released.
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train Roller Coaster coming in 2014
Disney is under way getting their attraction, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train Roller Coaster, built in time for their launch in 2014. Lots of work still needs to be done but as you can see from the pictures, they have got a lot done already.

Hogwarts Express is coming to Universal Orlando
It is very clear to see that the new Hogwart's Express is coming to Universal Studios Orlando within the next year or two. The pillars are being built and with that being said, it will most likely be a monorail system. As from another source online back in August 2012, a link is provided to a map showing alternate routes for workers and future expansion areas for the second part of the Harry Potter section. Pictures of the construction and more is to come soon. Stay tuned with Thrilling Media!
